WHAT WE DO

Kencilo Foundation aims to educate people to be aware and to understand better ways of working within the dynamic economy to achieve a better life. The foundation is looking to help nurture and incubate people’s idea with hope to actualize their dreams by providing coaching and talent hunts within the community.

PLAN

1. The foundation would organize master classes and seminars for the youths.
2. Introduce the youths to educative books and journals from which they can learn more and add to their bank of knowledge
3. Provide opportunities for the communities to pitch their ideas and receive grants for their projects
4. Continuous education to reduce ignorance and illiteracy.

The Kencilo Foundation will provide medical care and attention to people who would not be able to afford such on normal circumstance. The Foundation would partner with hospitals and clinics home and abroad to provide with world class treatments and medical cares.  

PLAN

To maintain and improve medical care while demand and costs are rising, the health and social care system needs adequate funding, a skilled workforce and increases in productivity hence, the foundation would do the following for the community:

1. Build a health center at the heart of the community to enable people have a go-to-place when medical needs and checks arises. 
2. Organize seminars, awareness and counselling on lifestyles that would promote good health and wellbeing of the people in the community. 
3. Provide testing and counselling to people living with HIV/AIDS and other conditions. 
4. Provide relief materials to people battling health crisis and breakouts in the community. 
5. Create a modern health workforce that can meet distinct cultural needs, analyze complex data and provide the right type of care in the right setting 

Kencilo Foundation will set up workshops, companies, partnerships with colleagues home and abroad to teach useful skills to the members of the community. The Foundation will also empower the youth by helping to set up their business and providing certificates to graduates of the program. The graduates are in turn empowering and employing, teaching and guiding the people under them. 

PLAN 

Program participants will work with companies and partners to evaluate employment needs and develop a plan of action. The individualized plans include a variety of experiences to enhance learning and are frequently modified with progress. Guidance and support are provided by the Career Coach throughout program enrollment. Participants may receive any or all of the following as needed:

4. Work Keys Certification 
5. Resume development 
6. Interview skills 
7. Occupational skills training 
8. Finance Workshops 
9. Professional Development 
10. Supportive Services 

The program will organize sports activities such as football in order to promote wellbeing and give many players the opportunities to train and compete with each while nurturing their skills and keeping fit.  

PLAN 

1. The Foundation would organize inter community sports as well as intra community sports to promote unity and sportsmanship.  
2. Promoting stars discovered from the competitions by helping them further their career by registering them to notable sports clubs in Europe. 
3. Building an academy and providing sports apparel and equipment to the members. 

One of the major plans of the Foundation is to create awareness on the ills of illegal immigration for the youths struggling with settlement crisis. The menace of illegal Immigration through seas and desserts, unsafe places and conditions will be exposed to the youths who are looking for assumed greener pasture in other countries.  

PLAN 

1. The foundation would try to create a safe haven for the youths by exposing them to jobs, lifestyles and empowerment opportunities to lead a good life in their countries instead of being stuck in immigration shackle elsewhere.  
2. Provide education and awareness on the ills of Illegal immigration among youths and Africans.  
3. Refer people to the empowerment program to help them acquire or enhance their skills in other to have something doing in their home country.
